Ah, Burupya's still open, don't worry ^^ -- if you want, you can check out this link [link] to see if the characters you want are taken -- also, sadly, I closed the OC applications down, since people just kept on apping for OCs instead of the canons... I'll be opening the OC apps again once we get more Canon characters... Sorry for the late reply

Right now...we are not letting people RP OCs until more canon characters are selected. Burupya isn't really "taken" ...but it is relatively played by the Teito RPer herself, since the Mikage RPer is played as just human!Mikage.

I'll let Syrryl decide this, since she's actually the Teito RPer lol
